Payment
Surf Pro accepts payment via Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.

Surf Pro uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others.

Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is typically 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

In the event of extended delivery times, we will notify you via email.

We deliver to private and business addresses, as well as parcel shops in Denmark—except for the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All deliveries are made via GLS.

Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our complaint policy covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service.

Surf Pro will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept packages sent with "payment to carrier" on delivery.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased from our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

Return shipping costs must be paid by you.

The withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the return must be sent back no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.

The notification should be sent via email to klitmoller@surfpro.dk. In the message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return. You can find it here [LINK].

Condition of the Item When Returning It
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item is used beyond what is described above, we will consider it as used, meaning that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you must treat the item the same way you would in a physical store. You can test the item but must not actually use it.
